Lanco Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Circulars issued by the Stock Exchange(s) and as per the Company's Policy on 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days Inclusive).
