In compliance with the requirement of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Notice is hereby given that the Company will close the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company from Saturday, the December 16, 2017 to Friday, the December 22, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, the December 22, 2017, for the Financial Year 2016-17.
