| This is to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench vide Order dated 07th August, 2017 has initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in Lanco Infratech Limited ('Company') under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), based on the application filed by IDBI Bank Limited, Financial Creditor of the Company, which was informed to the Stock Exchanges by the Company on June 17, 2017.<BR> <BR> Mr. Savan Godiawala (IP Registration No.IBBI.IPA-001/IP-P00239/2017-18/10468) was appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) with effect from August 07, 2017 under the provisions of IBC. As a result of the said Order, the powers of the Board of Directors stand suspended.<BR> <BR> In view of the above, the Board Meeting scheduled on August 11, 2017 stands cancelled. <BR> <BR> The above may kindly be treated as disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. | |
