Lancor Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve:<BR><BR>1. The audited standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the Close period (i.e., Closure of trading window) for the insiders would commence from 6.00 pm on May 22, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 29, 2017.
