LandT Finance Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 4,49,704 (Four Lakh Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Four) equity shares through Circular Resolution dated July 16, 2014 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the LandT Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme - 2010.<br/><br/>The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
