LandT Finance Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.75/- per Equity Share of face value Rs. 10/- each.<br/><br/>The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be credited/dispatched before August 22, 2014.
