Scheme of Arrangement between Larsen & Toubro Limited ('L&T') and L&T Valves Limited ('LTV') and their shareholders and creditors ('Scheme') U/s. 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including any statutory modification or re-enactment or amendment thereof) Further to our letter dated November 7, 2016 intimating the approval granted by the Board of Directors for the Scheme between L&T and LTV, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated April 20, 2017 has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of Coimbatore Undertaking as defined in the Scheme from L&T to LTV. We request you to take the same on record.
