Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 16.25/- per share (previous year Rs. 14.25/- per share) and the Company will arrange to pay the same on September 11, 2015, if approved by the members in Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 09, 2015.
