LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors of the Company have, vide circular resolution passed on March 31, 2015, unanimously appointed Ms. Aishwarya Rao, as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Ms. Aishwarya Rao is a Woman Director under the provisions of Section 149(1) and (2) of the Companies Act, 2013. She has confirmed that she meets the criteria of Independence as provided in sub section (6) of the Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>Further Ms. Aishwarya Rao has consented to act as an Independent Director, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting.
