LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2015 to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from July 15, 2015 till 48 hours after results are made public on July 30, 2015 for all the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company.
