LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter October 01, 2016 to December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from January 17, 2017 till 48 hours after results are made public on January 27, 2017, for all the directors/officers/designated employees and their relatives of the Company.
