Liberty Shoes Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2015, inter alia, for consideration and approval of:<BR><BR>1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014;<BR><BR>2. Appointment of one Independent Director.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from January 07, 2015 till January 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the Company's code of conduct on prohibition of Insider Trading.
