With reference to the earlier letter dated May 19, 2015, wherein the Company have intimated the convening of the Board Meeting on May 29, 2015 to inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2015 and other allied matters. In this regard, Liberty Shoes Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their above Meeting is also going to consider for recommendation of the payment of Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company in their forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
