In pursuance to the provisions of Regulations 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Apurve Mehra (DIN 06512837) has resigned from the post of Independent Director of the Company due to some personal and unavoidable circumstances. The Board appreciated the services of Mr. Apurve Mehra and accepted his resignation with effect from 9th August 2017.
