This is to inform you that as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 of the Financial Year 2017-18 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from 7th August, 2017 till 17th August, 2017 the second trading day after announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window
