LIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide Resolution dated January 19, 2015 passed through Circulation has extended the term of office of Non-Executive Independent Director Shri B. N. Shukla for a period of one year beyond the total term of office of nine year as per the amended Code of Conduct of Board of Directors and Senior Management of the Company.<BR><BR>The date of extension of Non-Executive Independent Director Shri B. N. Shukla is from January 25, 2015 to January 24, 2016.
