LIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (225% including Silver Jubilee dividend of 25%) subject to approval of the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
