Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, has approved the issue of 36,89,200 warrants convertible in to equal number of shares on preferential basis to the promoters / promoters' group and persons other than the promoters pursuant to the Securities And Exchange Board of India (Issue Of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.<BR><BR>Shri Mahendra G. Patel, Managing Director of the Company has been authorized to take appropriate actions in the said matter.
