Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended the payment of Dividend of Rs. 0.60/- per equity share (@ 6%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year 2013-14 subject to approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
