Linde India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 19, 2019, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 15% on 85,284,223 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each (i.e, Rs. 1.50/- per equity share) for the year ended December 31, 2018.
