Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 together with the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-2016 and any other matter with the permission of the chair.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the above, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, key managerial persons and designated persons with effect from May 10, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
