| Lloyd Electric and Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results (provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014 along with un-audited statement of assets and liabilities as at the end of half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and officers referred to as Designated Employees in the code from October 29, 2014 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results. | |
