LML Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2015, along with Limited Review Report submitted by the Auditors thereon.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Company has intimated to the concerned persons regarding closure of Trading Window of the Company, from October 27, 2015 to November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year Ended on September 30, 2015.
