LML Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended on March 31, 2015 along with Audit Report to be submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance of Clause 36 of Listing Agreement read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated to all its Directors, Designated Persons and other concerned regarding closure of Trading Window of the Company, from the May 15, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for year ended March 31, 2015.
