LML Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board meeting of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2015, along with Limited Review Report thereon.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Company has intimated to all concerned persons regarding closure of Trading Window of the Company, from August 05, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2015.
