Longview Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from May 18, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all Designated Persons of the Company, including their immediate relatives.
