The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute Limited was held on Thursday, the 10th day of August, 2017 at 2.00 P.M. at the Kasthuri Sreenivasan Trust Culture Centre, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore 641 014 and the entire business mentioned in the notice was transacted.<BR> <BR> In this regard we have enclosed herewith the following:<BR> 1.Summary of proceedings of AGM as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Annexure-I);<BR> 2.Scruitnizer Report dated 10th August, 2017 (Annexure-II);<BR> 3.Voting Results as required under Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (Annexure-III);<BR> 4.Annual Report for the financial year 2016-17 as required under the Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations duly approved by the members as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. <BR>
