LT Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, to adopt the unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>As per the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, the period of closing of Trading window will start from July 30, 2015 and will continue till August 14, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Directors, Designated employees. Insiders and their dependent family members cannot trade in securities of the Company (LT FOODS LIMITED) during the closing of "Trading Window".
