The Exchange has sought clarification from Lupin Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Economic Times on December 15, 2014 titled "Scouting for Acquisitions"<BR><BR>Lupin Ltd replied stating "We wish to state that in its day-to-day operations, the Company actively explores opportunities for organic and inorganic growth including acquisitions.<BR><BR>We wish to further state that the Company shall promptly inform the Exchanges once any such proposal is duly approved by the Board."
