Lycos Internet Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of "Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" adopted by the company, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall stands closed from August 01, 2015 to August 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) as the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 which is price sensitive in nature.
