With reference to earlier announcement dated August 25, 2014 regarding EGM on September 16, 2014, Lyka Labs Ltd has now informed BSE that there is a typographical error at Item No. 5 i.e. Date of Completion of dispatch of E-notice of Meeting. The same should be read as August 25, 2014 instead of August 28, 2014. The Company has submitted to BSE the revised Calendar of Events in this regard.
