Lyka Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has convened the Audit Committee meeting on November 07, 2015 for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. However, due to unfortunate circumstances, there was no quorum in the Audit Committee. As a result, the Board Meeting convened on November 07, 2015 for the purpose of adoption of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 has been rescheduled on Tuesday, November 10, 2015.
