Lykis Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 06, 2017 till February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all its designated persons and their immediate relatives.
