Lykis Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:<BR><BR>- The Board of Directors through Board Resolution dated November 09, 2015 has approved allotment of 9,68,000 equity shares of face value Re. 10/- each to Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta, Non-promoter Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company pursuant to conversion of 9, 68,000 equity warrants issued at price of Rs. 40/- each per equity warrant convertible into equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
