Madhucon Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, has carried out the following items of business and the decision taken as under:<br/><br/>1. Sri. Kandimalla KVN Prasad has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent Category).<br/><br/>2. Smt. CH. Lakshmi Kumari has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent Woman Category).<br/><br/>*The above two appointments as Additional Directors will cease their respective offices at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 27, 2014.The Company has received notices from the members to appoint them as Directors under the category Independent Directors subject to the approvals of the shareholders at Annual General Meeting.
