Madhucon Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is Scheduled to be held on August 11, 2017, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To Consider, Approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company in Ind-As format for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2017.<BR><BR>2. To Approve Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Directors Report for the Financial Year 2016-17 and;<BR><BR>3. To Recommend Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2016-17.<BR><BR>Pursuant to that, the Company has decided to close Trading Window for insiders covered under "Madhucon Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading" would commence from 9.00 AM on August 07, 2017 and will end 48 hours of the results are made public on August 11, 2017.
