Madhucon Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2017, inter alia, has approved and recommended dividend of 10% (Rs. 0.10 Per Equity share of Rs. 1/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017 to the shareholders subject to approvals of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 23, 2017.
