Madhucon Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>- to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for insiders covered under "Madhucon Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading would commence from 6.00 PM on May 20, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 28, 2016.
