Madhucon Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has recommended Dividend Rs. 10 paise per equity share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 10%) for the financial year 2014-15 subject to approvals of the shareholders.<BR><BR>Further, Mr. Mohammad Shafi has been appointed as Additional Director/Whole-time Director of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders at their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
