Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges and in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company for the Designated Employees defined in the code from July 23, 2014 to August 02, 2014 (both days inclusive).
