Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2014, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 and also consider recommendation of dividend, on Equity and Preference Shares, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2014 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, in view of the declaration of the Audited Financial Results and recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014, the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company for the Designated Employees defined in the code from April 29, 2014 to May 09, 2014 (both days inclusive).
