| Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2015, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015, the Trading Window under the Companys "Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)" (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code from October 24, 2015 to November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
