Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in view of the declaration of the Audited Financial Results and recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2017, the Trading Window under the Company's 'Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)' (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code with effect from 14 April 2017 to 13 May 2017 (both days inclusive).
