Magnum Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. Took note of resignation of Mr. Sanjay Sharma as the CFO of the Company, resignation shall be effective from February 21, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Parmod Jain , who is already serving on the Board, as CFO of the Company w.e.f. February 21, 2015.<BR><BR>Therefore, Mr Sanjay Sharma, was relieved from the designation and Mr. Parmod Jain is appointed as the new CFO of the <BR>Company with effect from February 21, 2015.
