Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting held on July 24, 2015 (after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company) has appointed Mr. V. Ravi, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as an Additional Director and also as an Executive Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from July 25, 2015 subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
