Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 4/- per share on equity share of Rs. 2/- each. The dividend will absorb a sum of Rs. 27174.62 lacs (including dividend distribution tax).
