Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2015, has subject to the receipt of necessary approvals, considered and approved the proposal of raising of funds by way of a public issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,000 Crores, in one or more tranches, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008 and other applicable laws.
