| Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>2. Consider and recommend dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016; and<BR><BR>3. Consider the Issue of Secured and/or Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures including Subordinated Debentures on a private placement basis, within the overall borrowing limits of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders by means of a Postal Ballot. | |
