| Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit after taxes of Rs. 1548.779 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 as compared to Rs. 1912.183 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income has increased from Rs. 10985.128 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 to Rs. 12829.861 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest of associates of Rs. 1695.092 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 as compared to Rs. 2030.521 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income has increased from Rs. 11706.552 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 to Rs. 13843.704 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. | |
