The Exchange has sought clarification from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd appeared in "The Economic Times" dated 18th December, 2014, captioned "Mahindra Partners in Talk to Buy Online Co BabyOye".<BR><BR>Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd was requested to submit its clarification under the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.<BR><BR>Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd replied stating "This matter pertains to an unlisted subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and not to the Company. As such, it would not be appropriate for us to comment on the same.<BR><BR>However, we would like to reiterate that as in the past, the Company would continue to inform stock exchanges about any price sensitive information before the same is made public."
